Mental Health in the Asian-American Community

For Mental Health May and Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, we always get so excited because our passions really revolve around these two topics and they hit home close for the both of us in many ways. Today we’re going to discuss Mental Health in the Asian-American communities.

While we do NOT represent all Asian-Americans, their opinions, and their communities, but we tuned in to the responses from our experiences, immediate circles, peers, teammates, and our local communities in general and we want to bring that to light this month.
